Estonia: Economic confidence, sense of security have improved: survey

Economic confidence and sense of security among Estonian residents increased in September 2025, according to a new Turu-Uuringute survey for the government, ERR reports. The survey showed that 67% of Estonian residents were satisfied with life, which was up from 64% in June 2025. Meanwhile, 48% (58%) felt economic uncertainty and 29% (34%) felt the impact of economic hardship. Furthermore, 43% (40%) of those polled considered the situation in Estonia to be secure and 65% (59%) felt safe. At the same time, 33% continued to feel anxious often or very often. Also, 81% (88%) of Estonians and 44% (64%) of non-Estonian residents felt that they belonged to Estonian society, according to the survey.
