Latvia’s industrial production output increased by 8.8% in October 2025, compared to the same period of 2024, according to calendar-adjusted data from the Central Statistical Bureau (CSP), LSM reports. Output in electricity and gas supply rose by 10.1% and in manufacturing by 9.5%, but fell by 16.1% in mining and quarrying. Compared to September 2025, industrial output increased by 1.4%, according to seasonally adjusted data. Output in manufacturing rose by 0.8%, in electricity and gas supply by 6.5%, and in mining and quarrying by 21.9% over a month. Manufacturing turnover increased by 10.8% over a year, including 12.5% in the domestic market and 9.8% in export markets.
