Latvia: Less than half had higher income in 2025: survey

Less than half of Latvians saw their income rise in 2025, according to a Norstat survey for Luminor Bank, LSM reports. In the survey, 41% of Latvian residents reported that their income had increased in 2025. Specifically, 27% said that their income had increased by up to 10%, another 10% by 10-15%, and 7% by more than 15%. Meanwhile, 35% of respondents said that their income had remained unchanged in 2025. Another 18% indicated that their income had decreased, with 8% reporting a drop of more than 15% over a year. Norstat interviewed 1,004 Latvian residents aged 18-74 years in November 2025.
