The Lithuanian fashion retailer, Apranga Group, posted a retail turnover of EUR 147.6mn (including VAT) in the first half of 2023, which was up 15.6% from the same period of 2022, GlobeNewswire reports. Sales in Lithuania amounted to EUR 89.7mn (up 14.8%), in Latvia to EUR 35.0mn (up 14.5%), and in Estonia to EUR 22.9mn (up 20.6%). In the second quarter of 2023, the group’s retail turnover totalled EUR 82.5mn, which was up 9.8% from a year earlier. Quarterly sales in Lithuania rose by 10.0%, in Latvia by 6.8%, and in Estonia by 13.9%. Apranga Group opened 3 new stores, renovated 6 stores, and closed 6 stores in six months. The group now has altogether 165 stores, including 97 in Lithuania, 44 in Latvia, and 24 in Estonia.
