Estonia: Competition Authority okays Utilitas takeover of Tallinna Soojus

The Estonian Competition Authority (Konkurentsiamet) has approved a takeover of Tallinn’s municipal company, Tallinna Soojus, by private energy group Utilitas, ERR reports.
