Estonia’s Prime Minister Kaja Kallas has denied rumours of a possible coalition reshuffle, ERR reports. Kallas dismissed suggestions that her Estonian Reform Party might consider removing Estonia 200 from the current three-party coalition with the Social Democratic Party (SDE) if MPs from the opposition Estonian Centre Party (Keskerakond) join SDE. Kallas suspects that Urmas Reinsalu, leader of the opposition Fatherland (Isamaa) party, is spreading this speculation so as to create discord within the ruling coalition. Four Centre Party MPs have since defected to SDE. Reform now has 38 seats in the 101-member parliament, while Estonia 200 has 14 and SDE 13. This would potentially allow Reform and SDE to form a two-party coalition without Estonia 200.
