Estonia: Fatherland leads party poll in May 2026

Estonia’s national-conservative opposition party, Fatherland (Isamaa), remained the country’s most popular political party in May 2026, according to a new Norstat poll for the Institute for Societal Research (YI), ERR reported. The survey showed that Fatherland’s support among eligible voters was 26.6%, followed by three other opposition parties: the Estonian Centre Party (Keskerakond) with 21.5%, the Social Democratic Party (SDE) with 14.5%, and the Conservative People’s Party of Estonia (EKRE) with 13.6%. Support for the ruling Estonian Reform Party stood at 12%, followed by the non-parliamentary Right-Wingers (Parempoolsed) with 5.9% and Reform’s coalition partner, Estonia 200 (E200) with 1.5%. In April 2026, Fatherland’s support was 25.8%, followed by the Centre Party with 22.4%, EKRE with 13.9%, Reform with 12.1%, Right-Wingers with 6.1%, and E200 with 1.5%, ERR reported.
