Lithuania’s conservative opposition party, Homeland Union (TS-LKD), remained clearly the country’s most popular political party in July 2026, according to Spinter Tyrimai’s new poll for DELFI. Support for Homeland Union stood at 16.2%, which was down slightly from 16.5% in the previous poll in June 2026. The ruling Social Democratic Party of Lithuania (LSDP) came in second with 10.1% (11.4%), followed by the far-right opposition party, Dawn of Nemunas (PPNA), with 8.5% (5.7%), the opposition Lithuanian Liberal Movement (LLS) with 8.1% (8.5%), and LSDP’s coalition partner, the Lithuanian Union of Farmers and Greens (LVZS), with 5.6% (5.5%). All other parties polled below the 5% electoral threshold: National Alliance with 4.3% (3.8%), the Union of Democrats for Lithuania (DSVL) with 4.6% (3.4%), and the Freedom Party with 3.7% (2.2%). The Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania (LLRA) and other small parties polled below 2%. Meanwhile, 21.7% (16.1%) of respondents approved and 67.6% (73.8%) disapproved of the LSDP-led government’s performance.
