Estonia: Maag Grupp’s acquisition of HKScan’s Baltic business approved

The Estonian Competition Authority (Konkurentsiamet) has approved Finnish meat processing group HKScan’s sale of its Baltic businesses to Estonia’s Maag Grupp, LSM reports.
